Proper law and place of jurisdiction

The courts at the place where ISFA has its principal place of business, in Bülach ZH (Switzerland), shall have sole jurisdiction in all disputes between yourself, as visitor to and user of the ISFA website, and ISFA concerning the running of the ISFA website or your visit to the ISFA website. Only Swiss law shall apply.
